Alt-F8 : Displays the Macro Explorer window, which lists all available macros
Alt-F11 : Launches the macros IDE
Ctrl-Shift-R : Places the environment in macro record mode or completes recording if already in record mode
Ctrl-Shift-P : Plays back a recorded macro
